Chris and Robert were wonderful. We had a less then favorable experience with our local Toyota dealer. When we called Metro Toyota they went out of their way to see us and spend time with us, even thou favorable experience with our local Toyota dealer. When we called Metro Toyota they went out of their way to see us and spend time with us, even though it was the end of the month and end of their current promotion, making them extremely busy. Metro is further away, but they are more then worth the drive. Robert took excellent care of us, and made sure we got the exact truck we were looking for. He treated us as friends, as if we had done business together for years. It was a truly great experience, which I know we can expect to have again there, with our future vehicle purchases. Everyone from Taylor and the other lovely ladies who answer the phone, to our loan officer/business manager Dawn, were helpful and kind. We never felt pushed or talked down to. We can't say enough how happy we are with our purchase and the superb service we received at Metro Toyota. More
