Our family schedule of birthdays and other events led to rescheduling several appointments with Stephanie who cheerfully accommodated our needs. She was forthright in providing pricing information. When we did arrive to look at several hybrid models, Stephanie had been delayed by another customer and we met with Luis Rubio, a helpful young man who explained the cars well and answered every question. The Finance office did an excellent job of providing an excellent loan. Stephanie arrived and proved to be delightful in person as well as on the phone. Overall, this was my best car-buying experience every, Thanks to all. More

He had the Prius V I wanted and gave me a great price without any haggling or wasting any time. After agreeing on the price, I drove an hour from my residence and picked up the new car. Upon arriving we met a member of his team, Suzy, and she made the buying experience non-stressful, quick and easy. No one played any games or switched around numbers. Kevin held to his word and I really appreciate that. The whole car buying experience was pleasant and I would definitely return. Referrals are in order and have already begun. More

Very good experience Me and my husband was looking around for few weeks to see which car I would buy and we went to Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Dodge, Ford dealership and I was Me and my husband was looking around for few weeks to see which car I would buy and we went to Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Dodge, Ford dealership and I was debating on Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I went back to Honda dealership to look at the Honda Accord again and I was approached by one of the sales person and was not to friendly. I told him I was still thinking about which car to buy then he gave his card and said to let him know when I'm ready. That right then I was not to pleased about what he did. So me and my husband decided to eat in Sacramento and after I told him to go to Toyota town in Sacramento, so I thought we were driving there but then my husband just passed it and he said just go to Stockton Toyota and as soon as we got there I got off the car and right away Suzy Negrete asked if we needle help and I told her I wanted to see the Toyota Camry and that I was a Costco member and right away she said she's the right person to talk too because she was one of the person handling Costco member. And she went straight to the point and very friendly and professional and showed the priced and warranty they have I was very pleased so I decided to buy the car. Thank you Suzy for a great experience and I told all my co workers and friends about the excellent experience we had. More
