I did not feel like I was in the middle of a hostage negotiation when trying to make my trade and purchase. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was even able to get my all terrian tires from my old vehicle put on the new purchase for free, Luara Buick Gmc was going charge me $500 for the same thing. Finance was extremely quick due to the use of new paperless tech. The service dept was friendly and worked my tire swap and was also given a free rental for my wait. They even ran my new truck (which was dirty from being at my house) through a car wash. Elco is over an hour away but I will drive down to use my oil changes and possibly past. More

Ryan Spence was able to come up with a 2019 Cruze Hatchback on short notice, have it ready for me upon arrival, and work with me through all of the hassles of getting rid of my wrecked vehicle. Sveta Gwin was fantastic with the finance portion of the transaction and had me up and moving in no time.
