Each time the staff worked with me to get the vehicle that met my requirements and financing options that allowed me to keep within my budget parameters. The body shop was transparent in working through the major repair and letting me know of delays in getting repairs completed. When purchasing a vehicle I do extensive research for expectations on trade in value and price of vehicle. I received higher than expected trade in, and Eric Cromer went the extra mile to get me the best price for the vehicle I purchased. This has been the case in all my purchases, and why I keep going back. More

They quickly found the exact vehicle we were searching for and within less then 24 hours made us a stellar deal. The actual time at the dealership was less than 3 hours. I believe the reason our salesman Murry Newton was able to to close this deal so quickly was because he listened to our requests and expertly knew the inventory at Elco. This was truly a no haggle experience. When we went to Finance, we were given several options and the F&I rep worked with us to get to a comfortable payment. It's nice to have a great car but stinks if you can't enjoy it because of the payments. We were COMPLETELY satisfied with our experience. The staff from the top down was amazing. Finally, I would like to complement Chevrolet for putting together such an OUTSTANDING vehicle. The 2016 Malibu Premier is a luxury vehicle at a mid-size sedan price. It has absolutely everything a driver could want. It is truly a unique driving experience all the way around. Comfort, safety, handling, technology all 100% spectacular. Great job Chevy! More

When I ultimately decided to buy it, the purchasing/financing process also took no more than 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and conscientious of my time. Fantastic experience! More

Quick process. Easy to deal with and great follow through. Was looking for a specific vehicle. Black on Black Escalade pre owned. I noticed on Friday that ELCO had one in stock. It was on the website, however, no pictures were posted. Contacted dealership, spoke to Eric DeBruin. He confirmed vehicle was there, said it was a fresh trade and in service. He went as far as to walk on a Friday night to service and take a short video of the truck and send it to me with his contact info. I was there the next day at 9am, drove the vehicle, he even made sure it had gas and checked the tire pressures. Came back, wrote it up, decent trade for my vehicle, sent to finance and was out with the truck by noon. Both finance-Sveta and Sales Manager-John Durham were helpful. There were a few items that needed to be addressed on the truck. Dropped it off the next week and everything was completed as promised. Eric even texted me when the truck was ready. All in all a positive experience and personally thank Eric DeBruin for the good sales experience. More

My dad mentioned that he bought a Cadillac from them about a year ago and said he had a great experience with Chris so I decided to check out the truck and an 1hr and 30min later we drove it home. I got a great deal for my trade in price and didn't even feel the need to haggle on the price of the truck I bought. From the sales to financing process everything was smooth sailing.
