I got a great deal for my trade in price and didn't even feel the need to haggle on the price of the truck I bought. From the sales to financing process everything was smooth sailing. Only recently have we started buying through Elco Cadillac since they were awarded the dealership a few years ago (we have bought 3 Cadillacs during that time). This purchase experience was by far one of the best I have had in 35 years. Namely because of a wonderful Sales Manager and outstanding salesman. William Paster is the Sales Manager and Brian Buhr is the salesman. They both spent countless hours working on my purchases and both gave me their undivided attention at all times. They were extremely professional and more importantly, very considerate and attentive to my wife's and my needs. I was extremely satisfied with the new cars we bought, the attention to detail both men displayed, and felt like we got the best deal possible. Both Bill Paster and Brian Buhr went way beyond the required protocol and simply went the extra mile for me. Brian actually came to my home THREE times to program our garage door opener. Bill spent countless hours searching for the EXACT cars we wanted and found them eventually. We were trying to find specific 2015 models with exactly what we wanted at a time when few options existed (the 2016 models were already out) and Bill actually found an exact match of what we wanted. I will buy Cadillacs until the day I die....and will ALWAYS buy them from ELCO Cadillac and these two men. Thank you Cadillac for having such great sales people. More
