I purchased a new vehicle at this dealer over the Labor Day weekend. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I originally had given this dealer 4 stars because my vehicle was not clean when I purchased it, but when they received my comments, the detail manager Paul called me various times and insisted I let him make my experience perfect. He went above and beyond, picked up and dropped off a sparkling clean car. He even gave me a bottle of the leather cleaner when I asked what he used to clean and protect the interior of my vehicle. I recently leased a car from Manly. Svetlana was great - very patient as I took my time to decide. I have also been very happy in my dealings with Lori in the service department.
