I worked with Svetlana and she was great. But the transaction turned sour when we were brought back to a room with the finance guy Dave Sambad. He was extremely rude when I told him I was declining transaction turned sour when we were brought back to a room with the finance guy Dave Sambad. He was extremely rude when I told him I was declining the additional service package. He became very condescending and dismissive. He also talked badly about Svetlana about “she didn’t know what she was talking about”. This was a major red flag from the jump. He also described parts in the car coming “from the Orient” and how that made them cheap. As an Asian American, I didn’t appreciate that language. Once he realized I was not getting the additional service package, he began slamming around his keyboard and could not get me and my girlfriend out of his office fast enough. After everything was signed, he just pointed to the lobby and told us to find Svetlana. No congratulations, no walk us out to the lobby, no nothing. I would not recommend this dealership based on this employee alone. More
