After extensive research , we decided to visit Manly's Honda in Santa Rosa. I made an appointed with a sales representative, Svetlana Tara-Browne on July 21. Svetlana turned out to be very attentive to our needs and made me feel that she was putting the customer ahead of everything else. She had a relaxed, soft spoken manner while being technological knowledgeable about CR-V models. She demonstrated all the interior gadgets with great skill and patience. Although, Manly inventory did not have the Basque Red available , she asked to give her till July 22. Svetlana call that evening to tell us that she found the right color at no extra cost, while other dealers that had this color available requested an extra $400. On July 22, on my wife's birthday we had the car ready.. During the paper work, she found, on her own initiative, how to reduce someof the costs. Everything was done to satisfy the customer. We left Manly very happy on a Basque Red Honda CR-V EXL. More
