I had another wonderful experience at Gettel Acura last week for an Auto Butler application and a multi-point inspection. Christine Hoffman made the initial appointment for me, and I worked with Sydney Mo week for an Auto Butler application and a multi-point inspection. Christine Hoffman made the initial appointment for me, and I worked with Sydney Morin at check in and checkout. They are both excellent, and I was also provided with a loaner vehicle so that I could attend a doctor appointment while my 2022 Acura MDX was being serviced. As a 27-year Acura lessee, I am very pleased with Gettel Acura for sales and service, and this vehicle is the first one that I have leased at this dealership after relocating from CT to FL in September 2021. I plan to be a customer at Gettel Acura for many years to come. More

Slow, unresponsive, expensive, long delays, no communication, Lost parts, unanswered voicemails, Enterprise loaner, Dave our ordered parts to other customers, we will not by back as a customer. Always a great experience at Gettel Acura. Sydney was new to working as a service adviser but took care of everything in an efficient manner. I had requested a loaner but for some reason tha Sydney was new to working as a service adviser but took care of everything in an efficient manner. I had requested a loaner but for some reason that didn't get relayed to the proper person, but Sydney handled it and had me out the door in no time. More
