Robert was great from start to ongoing! I sent a note of interest on a vehicle to a car site, and they got back to me right away. It was in great shape when I drove it, and we made a deal. The closing went smoothly, no high pressure tactics for add-ons, had it that afternoon! There had been a very minor issue with the vehicle, which he had addressed as promised for me, by the time I picked it up the next day. Highly recommended! More

If I could give less than one star I certainly would. You don’t try to sell 1 vehicle to 2 people at the same time and say whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. You also don’t make undercut remarks when a customer states that they want the extended warranty on a vehicle. Lastly, you don’t hand a customer back their keys and indicated that they go find their car after the deal didn’t work out and tell them that they are crazy. Yes, this all actually happened. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership. We went the very next day, to another dealership, and was treated like a customer should be treated. They were even floored when we told them what happened. I ended up with an SUV that I absolutely love and they will get all the referrals from me! These people at Toyota of Richardson need extensive training on how to treat and talk to customers. More

Uppriced a rav4 limited for $5000 from MSRP. Finance manager Syed Ali was very rude to me and said that he only came talked to me because my credit score is more than 750, he wouldn’t talk to anyone wit manager Syed Ali was very rude to me and said that he only came talked to me because my credit score is more than 750, he wouldn’t talk to anyone with less than 750 credit score REALLY? He also wanted me to get a extended warranty for a better Interest rate (3.49 instead of 6.99). My credit score is 760+ , how do I manage to get a 6.99% to begin with. So I ended up getting the warranty anyway. However , a day later I came back and asked Syed to cancel to warranty but he lied to me saying he couldn't do anything until I make my first car payment which is like 45 days from the time of purchase. He lied to me saying that even if I cancel after the 30 days I would still be able to get the full refund. A week later, I contacted the warranty company directly and they processed my cancellation within 5 minutes... I will report this to the DMV and PPP , this is illegal business practice. More
