So let me just say I was super stressed out and Robert and the Toyota of Richardson completely fixed the car buying process for me. They made it easy and quick and also super stress free. Uppriced a rav4 limited for $5000 from MSRP. Finance manager Syed Ali was very rude to me and said that he only came talked to me because my credit score is more than 750, he wouldn’t talk to anyone wit manager Syed Ali was very rude to me and said that he only came talked to me because my credit score is more than 750, he wouldn’t talk to anyone with less than 750 credit score REALLY? He also wanted me to get a extended warranty for a better Interest rate (3.49 instead of 6.99). My credit score is 760+ , how do I manage to get a 6.99% to begin with. So I ended up getting the warranty anyway. However , a day later I came back and asked Syed to cancel to warranty but he lied to me saying he couldn't do anything until I make my first car payment which is like 45 days from the time of purchase. He lied to me saying that even if I cancel after the 30 days I would still be able to get the full refund. A week later, I contacted the warranty company directly and they processed my cancellation within 5 minutes... I will report this to the DMV and PPP , this is illegal business practice. More

Our overall experience was great! Theo Jones is very personable and knowledgeable and could not ask for better representation and help from him. We LOVE the car and are really happy with this purchase. personable and knowledgeable and could not ask for better representation and help from him. Small issue with the finance department, but it will work out ultimately....just would have been a little more to our benefit on the front end of it. Anyway, doesn't mar the experience really and the finance issue had NOTHING to do with THEO - he is the best! More

Online price showed $38 k at dealership was $42 for van they said they gonna match and guess what they didn’t tell you and add warranty crap added on contract without letting you know I had very bad expe they said they gonna match and guess what they didn’t tell you and add warranty crap added on contract without letting you know I had very bad experience won’t recommend this dealership And yes I did sign the contract but they didn’t mention and had other doc on top of it Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone stay away from them check their reviews on YELP before u going there More

DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ARE LIARS!!! I was told that my first service is free and included with my purchase. I was then taken to sign up on their system for the free service. 4 month later when I come back first service is free and included with my purchase. I was then taken to sign up on their system for the free service. 4 month later when I come back for the service, I am now being told that the service is not free anymore. The used car manager proceeded to claim that the service promised was "complimentary", not "free". Apparently, this "complimentary" service included with my purchase is no longer complementary as they decided to not offer it anymore. They also claim that they don't owe me anything because I was not charged for this "complimentary service". Both the salesman and sales manager we're completely rediculous and are perfect examples of what a shady used car dealership does. This crook of a dealership will never get another penny of my money. More

On July 22 I purchased my 3rd auto from your dealership in two years. Dealing with your sales is always great! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the finance dept. Each time I left I feeling like I wa in two years. Dealing with your sales is always great! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the finance dept. Each time I left I feeling like I was lied to about finance rates, prices of warranties and service that were offered to me. This third purchase will be my last. After completing my paperwork, Mr Syed Ali offered me two free oil change coupons and said he would have them when I got my plates. Of course the coupons were not with my plates but Mr. Ali said he would have them mailed. Two weeks later nothing? and he isn't answering emails. I have not received any paperwork on the extended warranty I am wondering if I even have a warranty? As a returning customer, I expected to be treated better. More
