On July 22 I purchased my 3rd auto from your dealership in two years. Dealing with your sales is always great! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the finance dept. Each time I left I feeling like I was lied to about finance rates, prices of warranties and service that were offered to me. This third purchase will be my last. After completing my paperwork, Mr Syed Ali offered me two free oil change coupons and said he would have them when I got my plates. Of course the coupons were not with my plates but Mr. Ali said he would have them mailed. Two weeks later nothing? and he isn't answering emails. I have not received any paperwork on the extended warranty I am wondering if I even have a warranty? As a returning customer, I expected to be treated better. More

Terrible experience at Toyota of Richardson. The Finance Manager added 2 warranties that I did not agree to. I had to Visit the dealership over 7 times this month to resolve the issue, and they gave me the Manager added 2 warranties that I did not agree to. I had to Visit the dealership over 7 times this month to resolve the issue, and they gave me the run around the first 6 visits with lies and false resolutions. This delay has cost $500+ in financing, cancellation and prorated fees. I will be filing complaints to the DMV and BBB and hope this doesn’t happen to other customers. More
