Overall I didn't have a positive experience at Audi Ontario. I recently made another review for Audi Fletcher Jones - and although my personal experiences at both were negative - I believe the issue Ontario. I recently made another review for Audi Fletcher Jones - and although my personal experiences at both were negative - I believe the issue with this dealership is the salesperson (and not the employees as a whole). I live an hour away from this dealership. I decided to make the trek on a Sunday afternoon, and on the way I wanted to call to confirm if the particular used vehicle is on the lot (and available). They confirmed yes, but I wanted to make sure that it's still available for sale (as Audi Fletcher Jones misled me on my past experience). They said yes, and assigned me to Syed. During my trek, Syed followed up with a call saying that the vehicle is available and he parked it up front upon my arrival. I mentioned I was 30 min away, and he said no problem. I arrived on time (even though dealing with unexpected traffic on the 57 North), and noticed the vehicle leaving for a test drive. To me, this wasn't a problem (as I'm understanding that others are interested as well - and it's essentially first come, first serve). As I was walking towards the entrance, I walked by 2 sales folks - and they both said, "Hi." Nothing else. Then as I was inside, another gentleman greeted me - and I mentioned I have an appointment with Syed. He mentioned that Syed is currently on a test drive, and that he'll be back shortly. Keep in mind, I'm perfectly fine by this point. The problem I have is that I've been sitting at this dealership for 20 min, and I felt like I've been ghosted. The gentleman who greeted me was busy on a personal call (I don't think it was business related), and other sales folks walked by me. It wasn't that bad, but the worst part was when Syed walked by with the folks he went on the test drive with, noticed me, and just continued walking by. They sat close to where I was at - and I heard him discussing numbers. By this point, I don't feel like Syed should earn my business. I left (no one probably noticed I walked out), and I got a phone call 15 min later. Syed said the vehicle is still available and that I should turn around. I mentioned that I've already wasted my time and am on my way to a different dealership. I had a follow-up call from a "Marcos?" (sorry, I don't remember the other guy who called me). I advised for feedback that maybe if a salesperson knows he/she has an appointment with a customer (and is busy), to maybe pass that customer along to another salesperson. I'm unsure if Syed just wants his full commission, but if he's busy with a potential customer (while knowing another customer is interested in the same vehicle) to maybe have somebody else assist during his absence. I had every full intention of purchasing that vehicle during my visit. I've purchased a bunch of vehicles in my lifetime (see my other review with Audi FJ), so I already know when my time is wasted. I think this is good dealership, but I personally just had a bad experience (due to a particular salesperson). More

I have always enjoyed visiting this location, always helped me with parts and service in the past, from a simple part number to service, but now getting the opportunity to buying a newer car. At first I helped me with parts and service in the past, from a simple part number to service, but now getting the opportunity to buying a newer car. At first I didnt think I would qualify, but Ali made it possible with his financial team. I have previously visited and looked at the car, at the time it was Ian who gave me a little more info about the car. Always an Amazing team at this location. More
