Lied multiple times about when my vehicle would be ready to pick up after purchasing which I understand if you don’t know but don’t say a date then or get back to me. Then I had to call service to ask because my sales person went mia and didn’t answer my texts and the service person kept me updated which kept me at ease until I came a week and one day after purchasing the car and a week after the first done complete date for the service that I was given. I came and what I thought was a simple swoop in and pick up turned into a 1 hour wait because the car wasn’t gased up and ready even though I gave a warning that I’d come in an hour and a half right as I finished work…. Car is beautiful and everything I wanted but being someone who has worked in a dealership before and my parents bought a car from koons when I was born and it’s still kicking, I will not be coming to any koons in the future. Especially this one… I also agreed on the deal with an add on that it would be delivered but come time it was completed the delivery was “hard to do because I couldn’t find anyone” so I had to drive an hour out of my way to wait another hour… Koons customer service at its finest More
