Had an appointment to have my Kia Soul serviced. After waiting for two hours , I checked with my service representative and discovered that my car had not even been looked at. I was then told that i After waiting for two hours , I checked with my service representative and discovered that my car had not even been looked at. I was then told that it would be at least another hour before the service might be done. I left without having my car serviced and went elsewhere and had the work done in about twenty minutes. To say that I was unsatisfied with my service at Greenway Kia is an understatement. More
