The dealer itself is great. The service department is exactly what I am looking for when getting my car looked at. Honest and reliable. However, the last 2 visits I have had some employees of a third party window replacement company harass me about getting my window replaced. They are very aggressive and pushy salespeople and it’s highly annoying. I hope someone sees this review and no longer allows them to do this, otherwise I may have to find a new dealer if I have to deal with these hyenas prowling the service area. More

Kari is the best service advisor I’ve ever had the the pleasure of working with. Not only does she do her job well, but she’s so friendly and courteous. Really going steps beyond to keep me updated about pleasure of working with. Not only does she do her job well, but she’s so friendly and courteous. Really going steps beyond to keep me updated about my car, replying back to me in a timely manner, and she’s really made Kia feel like home. I don’t just feel like a “customer”. Kari has made me feel important. When my car was in for a week, she was very apologetic even when it wasn’t her fault. She was very insistent about getting me in a rental and making sure that I wasn’t stranded without a car. She’s taken such great care of me. So far with the car trouble, I haven’t been a huge fan of Kia’s cars. But with her at the helm, I would definitely consider staying in the Kia family for buying another car! Appreciate all that she and the other advisors do! More
