I took my 2023 Hyundai Tucson in for its first scheduled maintenance. The wait time was nearly two hours. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not offer loaner vehicles. My car went in at 8:45AM, and wasn't done with giving back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood. When finished the car was parked horizontally i back to me around 1:45PM. It went in for an Oil Change, and a Replacement Part on Top Passenger Hood.
