Our mistake to come into dealership late in the day to compare used with new and other makes/models/dealers with Kia. Test drives were good and liked a certain car. Asked about value of our car if it were compare used with new and other makes/models/dealers with Kia. Test drives were good and liked a certain car. Asked about value of our car if it were to be traded in. That number soon became within our expectation, but the following explanation of the new car and costs by sales was not very thorough. We specifically DID NOT want certain things, and since sales didn't mention them we thought we were okay. We should have made that more clear. On to finance - after the dealership was closed - we were "encouraged" to sign documents and not wait. A physical condition should have taken priority over signing that evening, but we chose the wrong option and began signing. Our bad! Finance presented a page, said a few words, pointed to a line and we signed. I know. We should have taken charge and slowed things down, but we thought we weren't getting anything we didn't want. And the physical condition needed to be taken care of quickly. If we signed for the extended warranty, it was definitely unintended and without explanation. When we questioned finance later we were told "it was all explained to us thoroughly." Wrong. One star. When cancelling the warranty, with a fee, the attitude was not buyer-sensitive (you're really going to wish you had it) but seller-sensitive (I just lost a sale and need to do some extra paperwork). Attitude and posture did not exemplify customer service. Am I just failing to acknowledge the natural character of things? PS: We loved our Souls and think the same will hold true with our Sportage. The disappointing part of this experience is your unwillingness to provide the 5 year Auto Bond warranty that was clearly listed as part of the Sportage configuration that we were negotiating. As shown in the buyers order the negotiation resulted in you discounting the vehicle with no indication of any changes to the overall configuration. And there was never a single statement that you were deleting the warranty as part of your negotiations. I do not consider this as an acceptable way to do business. More

My Kis had an oil leak while on the road. Had to use the 800 number, service was not bad. As soon as I arrived Dave B, was waiting for me. In the shop they found the oil leak. ...? Big Dave the boss stopped in to see how thing were going and to see if I was going to need a loaner car. Thats what I call Service. Donuts and coffee while waiting. Car wash cleaned the inside, Dave B walked me to my car open the door put my walker in the back drive safe see you next time for your oil change. Wow from a bad day to what a day. More

Service performed as ordered, done in a timely manner, good interaction from start to finish. Sales was another story, asked what vehicle I would be interested in, I answered Telluride. Was informed I cou good interaction from start to finish. Sales was another story, asked what vehicle I would be interested in, I answered Telluride. Was informed I could buy new instead of used for approximately the same money. Shown three new cars all with adjusted MSRP stickers. All cars had approximately 2800 dollars added, from paint sealant to nitrogen filled tires. Sticker had also been increased approximately 10,000 dollars on all three cars, one from $ 37450. To $52312.. The first offer for my 2018 Sorento was $16000. and when deducted from their market value price , my balance was $45,802.89. Nothing like trading in a car and still owning more then the dealer paid for the car. Nothing has changed in my lifetime , when you trust a politician more the a car dealer. More
