Worst Service Department I purchased my car from a Jim Glover dealership and was under the impression that my first oil change would be free, as my other new cars were. This w I purchased my car from a Jim Glover dealership and was under the impression that my first oil change would be free, as my other new cars were. This was not the case. Additionally whenever I have had an oil change I would receive the following; - A reminder sticker on the windshield - The oil life indicator reset to 100% - Car vacuumed and washed NONE of these happened. I will take it to Classic Chevy from now on where I have for years been treated to first class service. Your commercials are misleading as you don’t practice what you advertise. More
