Dealership has not contacted us regarding the status of repairs. Called afternoon of August 29, 2019 @ 1:54 pm and was told the service department would call back. Received call back at 2:14 pm. Craig said he'd find out status and call back. Stopped by @ 3:38 pm since no one called back. Was informed by Craig still didn't know status because he'd been busy. He said as soon as he got caught up which would be 10-15 minutes he'd check with the tech and give me a call. Was unable to confirm that truck had even been looked at. Still waiting on the call and its 5:23 pm. Rodney walked by several times and said he's got it pointing at Craig. Furthermore, I asked Craig..." If I schedule an appointment shouldn't I expect it to be looked at on that day." His response was the tech was busy and he didn't have an answer. More
