Dean was our salesperson and he was helpful. After our purchase, only two days later, the engine light came on! This dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks and did not call me once. Every time I called them (every two days), I got the runaround and a bunch of excuses. I even called the general manager and still, no return phone call. After the third, week I finally went to the dealership, and they told me my car was ready. Ready? And you don't contact me! No calls, no communication, only a bunch of excuses from the general manager and folks in the service shop. Customer service is very important to me. I choose dealerships based on customer service. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this place. No issues the first time, but that was some time ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. When I went in to find out what was going on, Tom was very apologetic and I appreciated him assisting me.
