A shout out to North End Motors in Canton, Ma. and to their salesman TJ. He made the search for a car easy and enjoyable. Most places take their time during the process, but not North End. After days of test-driving vehicles, communicating with multiple dealerships, and engaging with shady salesmen, I finally came across North End Motor After days of test-driving vehicles, communicating with multiple dealerships, and engaging with shady salesmen, I finally came across North End Motors. I was at my wits end and ready to give up on aquiring "the right car" for me, but North End Motors restored my faith in humanity. This is the best service I have experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you can really feel the family ambience. TJ was an absolute pleasure to work with; from his warm welcome and personability he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend visiting North End Motors, you will not be disappointed. More

I bought a used car here at the end of December. I bought the car because it was reasonably priced and the listing said, had heated seats, mirrors and a JBL speaker package. I found it on Cars.com I bought the car because it was reasonably priced and the listing said, had heated seats, mirrors and a JBL speaker package. I found it on Cars.com and Car Guru. The salesman showed me where the heated seats button was and turned on the radio (which showed no signs of being JBL). Once I got it home, I couldn't get the the seats to work. I went on YouTube to see how the seats were supposed to work. It said there should be a button on the sides of the console. There weren't any. I have been trying for two months to get them to make this right. They say that I am responsible for the listing items being there, not them. I am pursuing legal help and the State house to make this right. More

Mike Morris and TJ were a pleasure to deal with in my purchase of my "new to me" Fiesta St! They were easy to talk to and were quick to answer any questions I had from first meeting to signing of paperwo purchase of my "new to me" Fiesta St!
