Deceptive and Dishonest – Beware I drove 3+ hours after confirming multiple times that a used Tesla would qualify for the $4,000 EV tax credit under $25K (including dealer fees, per IRS/Florida law). after confirming multiple times that a used Tesla would qualify for the $4,000 EV tax credit under $25K (including dealer fees, per IRS/Florida law). The salesperson assured me the price was set that way for the EV tax credit. Once I arrived, the deal completely changed — paperwork showed $33K with thousands in hidden fees. When I pointed out the law requiring dealer fees be included in the advertised price, they dismissed it and said “every dealer does this.” This was a classic bait-and-switch. Wasted my time, zero accountability, and no integrity. Avoid this dealership. More
