I was told I had a oil leak from pan and top of motor, when I asked why I had no drops at all in my Driveway they advised me that Volkswagen has a drip tray. That is my problem. Never heard of it or why it would be there if there was one. Wouldn't you want the owner know there is a leak. I wasn't going to leave any feedback after over 1600 in repairs but you insisted on calling and asking why I didn't leave feedback and when I told you , you hung up on me. So sad More

I dropped off my car due to a check engine light around noon only to be texted near closing time that my car needed to be seen by a specialist who was unavailable.
