I had expected to write a positive review this morning. But that isn't the way my third trip to Leith Service worked out. I had a 9am appointment to clean the brakes and clean the battery. At 10:50am, I decided to check what was taking so long.. 15 minutes later, the service advisor told me they hadn't even started on my car yet. So my car was just sitting there for two hours and nobody thought anything was wrong with that or had the courtesy to let me know there was a delay and whether I wanted to stay or take my business elsewhere. Leith seems to lack respect for its customers. My whole issue with the other dealership was that they did not respect my time, and for Leith not to provide any updates or let me know there was a delay is just unacceptable and poor customer service. There is no excuse for a lack of communication. I asked for my vehicle back since they hadn't done anything in two hours. The service advisor did go get it, and I was given a $25 gift card. While it is something, it is not enough for the time I wasted there today, and I still need the work completed somewhere else. It seems that they overbook at this dealership, so I will keep trying to find one that respects my time and treats me better. I lost at least three hours of my day, driving there and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, then waiting to get my car returned. More

I spoke to Ryan, one of the service advisors and arranged for my car to be towed with Corolla Care through AAA. He reassured me that accidents happen and kept me involved in the care of my vehicle. I received a video from the technician regarding my car and Ryan made sure I was aware of everything that was happening from start to finish.
