Customer service is poor! I had a 3:00pm appt. That they tried to cancel because they wanted to close by 4:00. If that was the case, then why did they schedule my appointmen I had a 3:00pm appt. That they tried to cancel because they wanted to close by 4:00. If that was the case, then why did they schedule my appointment for 3:00 and then was deceitful and said it was 3:30. I rushed to get there before 3 o’clock. What really unnerved me was customers were still coming in at 3:30 and 345. They lack professionalism! More
