Customer service is poor! I had a 3:00pm appt. That they tried to cancel because they wanted to close by 4:00. If that was the case, then why did they schedule my appointmen I had a 3:00pm appt. It took over 5 hours to perform an oil change& tire rotation. 24,000 mileage maintenance.This was WITH a 9:15am appointment. They wouldn't let me wait for my car & offered Uber transport service.
