Amazing Service! 2010 TL.... we had searched high and low to find a black TL. We actually had to purchase it in New Albany, IN at another dealer. Not Acura. Upon o 2010 TL.... we had searched high and low to find a black TL. We actually had to purchase it in New Albany, IN at another dealer. Not Acura. Upon owning the car for several months, we noticed several problems. The New Albany dealer was unable/unwilling to help in anyway. Frustrated and worried about the amount of $ it would cost us to make this car right, we called Hubler Acura. They asked us to bring the car in that day. After looking at our issues, they said that Tabitha Bowden would be calling us on Monday. After our dealings with the place we purchased our car, we were worried we would never hear from them again. However, we are thrilled with the service department at your dealership... From Ms. Bowden to the techs to the billing dept. everyone was amazing, professional, and knowledgable!! We walked away knowing our next car will be purchased from you!! Thank you!! More
