Tache is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia and fluently speaks Spanish. He started the car business in 1992 and started with Koons in April 2004. During his time in the auto industry, Tache has earned the "Century Ford History" and the "Leaders and Legends" award. Tache is happily married to his wife, Lucia.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific Toyota Camry model and in searching all Toyota dealerships fairly close to where we live, we found it on the Koons website. While we thought that the vehic Camry model and in searching all Toyota dealerships fairly close to where we live, we found it on the Koons website. While we thought that the vehicle was located at Koons Tysons location (the Koons website is very misleading), where we had purchased two previous Camry's, we discovered that the vehicle was in transit to Koons Arlington location. Since we really wanted that specific vehicle, we spoke with Haythem who told us that we could come in, complete the paperwork, not put a penny down, take the car for a test drive when it arrived to their dealership (he even offered to have the car delivered to us), and to give us a loaner until the car arrived. When we arrived at Koons Arlington, Haythem turned us over to Tache, who was a very pleasant person to work with. He completed all of the necessary paperwork that he could do before turning us over to Chetan, to finalize the remainder of the paperwork. While the paperwork with Chetan took a lot longer than my wife had expected, Chetan was very thorough in taking the time to explain everything to us. I have bought many automobiles in the past and I have always looked at those dealings as a very uncomfortable situation. However, as of now, I feel that my purchase of the new Camry from Koons Arlington has definitely been the most comfortable car purchase. More

I have leased many vehicles in my life and this was "by far" the very best experience I have had. From the initial contact, to the visit to the dealership and the leasing of the Rav4, through the ret "by far" the very best experience I have had. From the initial contact, to the visit to the dealership and the leasing of the Rav4, through the return to the dealership to pick up my new car, I was treated with such great respect and courtesy. Chris and Tache were amazing at the negotiating table. Ali was wonderful, succinct, and professional (while still being very personable) at the finance table. I am a tough cookie when it comes to the leasing of a car. I was amazed at the customer service and have already begun telling my friends and associates about the dealership. I went to Koons Arlington to get a new Toyota SUV and they had THE BEST service. They were SO friendly and SUPER helpful. Tache was super friendly and very informative. I needed to sell my vehicle. Being active duty military, I received orders to ship out soon. I wasn't going to be able to bring my car with me, and I didn't want to make car payments on a car for it to jus I received orders to ship out soon. When I arrived at Koon's, they identified my need to get rid of the vehicle, and helped me out. Not only did they give me a great trade-in value, they worked with me on getting everything done quickly and hassle-free. If I am ever stationed in this area again, Koon's would be the first dealership that I go to in search of a vehicle. Their friendly service and quality support is the biggest seller of this dealership, not to mention the great value. Thanks again guys for all your help! More

I brought a 2009 Highlander and a 2010 Corolla from these fine folks. My salesman was incredible on both purchases and that was even after I had price/compaired deals at my local Waldorf MD dealership: Waldo fine folks. My salesman was incredible on both purchases and that was even after I had price/compaired deals at my local Waldorf MD dealership: Waldorf is not competative nor customer focused near like your dealership! I have however been getting regular servicing on my cars in Waldorf, but even after repeated disappointments even after advance reservations and slow service, I switched to Arlington. Your dealership is out of the way for me, but sitting in a waiting room in Waldorf for a minimum of 1.5 hours for my cars 5, 10,and 15K servicing really ticked me off. For my Corolla's 20 and most recent 25K servicing at Arlington, I gave that business to you all. In both cases Tim Kral had me in and out in under 45 minutes each time and each time he handled me like a VIP. Kudo's to you all. Excellent job! Tim Wood More
