I was very disappointed & upset that no one told me about the missing key for the Mercedes I purchased until I finished with finance and got the vehicle. The fact that I did not negotiate the price of the vehicle & for the outrageous $ 3,500 dealer fees they charged, the least the manager could have done was to get me a replacement key, but of course, I already signed everything, so he did not care.
