I was very pleased with the service I received from Talon and the department. My service was to take 4 hours and I was going to have to wait rather than drop it off. Talon said he would let them know I wa and the department. My service was to take 4 hours and I was going to have to wait rather than drop it off. Talon said he would let them know I was having to wait - so that maybe it could be done a little quicker. Either way I was fine. My car was ready in about 2 1/2 hours! I couldn't believe it! I really, really appreciated Talon taking care of me like that. Even though I live in Madison, I will be using Decatur for my service from now on! More
