Each time I come in for service, something is forgotten. Communication is poor. I was told my brake pads need replaced. The paperwork showed “caution” but she crossed that out and wrote “red” to show urgenc Communication is poor. I was told my brake pads need replaced. The paperwork showed “caution” but she crossed that out and wrote “red” to show urgency. The male service advisor then tells me I need rotors. I asked why and his response was he always schedules rotors and brake pads just so new pads aren’t ruined by bad rotors. The technician did not indicate a need for any repairs other than brake pads.
