Super patient, no pressure, very helpful and reasonable. We bought an older BMW. I felt it was a risky buy but I went forward because the dealership had a great return policy and warranty. We had issues with the car almost immediately. The dealership was apologetic and got us into service with a loaner right away. We had a couple rounds of service, mainly because we were impatient to get our new vehicle. After three rounds of service they found the issue and fixed the issue. We will be back for our next purchase. More

I'm very disappointed about what was said about me considering I'm a very laid back person and have never caused a scene in my life .I can garuntee I will never refer anyone to westside due to your employee chris Michaels. Going to the dentist is usually more enjo I was in the market for a preowned Touareg and found one I was interested in at Luther Westside Volkswagen. Going to the dentist is usually more enjoyable than dealing with a car dealership and their staff, but Luther Westside Volkswagen exceed all my expectations and was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had in 40 years, and that is no exaggeration. My sales consultant, Helton Cerqueira was personable, professional as well as extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and just fun to work with. He made sure all the details were explained and provided exemplary customer service. He ensured the vehicle was ready and all accessories were included. Tami Willet the manager stopped by and asked how things were going and talked with us about the dealership and their customer service philosophy. She appraised my trade even above what I was expecting. We finalized paperwork with Don Hiltunen and similarly to Helton and Tami he was very personable and professional. Very fair and competitive vehicle price as well as trade in appraisal and the personable, professional and customer service focus of the individuals my wife and I worked with was phenomenal. I am extremely pleased with this dealership and Helton Tami and Don. If you are in the market for a preowned vehicle I strongly recommend you stop by Luther Westside Volkswagen. I drove 236 miles to this dealership and I would not hesitate to do it again if I was in the market for another car. More

What a great car-buying experience. After a few issues with my old car, they listened to my concerns, and kept their eye out for the make and model I wanted. When they found one it was so smooth and easy from test drive to answering my questions (even simple ones from someone who doesn't know a lot about cars!), to the paperwork, title, license and payment. Such friendly staff - it comes across how much they enjoy their work. More

Exceptional dealership! Westside VW has been incredible from the very beginning with the buying experience (Craig Schow) all the way through the first maintenance check. Dan Westside VW has been incredible from the very beginning with the buying experience (Craig Schow) all the way through the first maintenance check. Dan Page and Leo Maruani have the best customer service you will ever find in a service shop and really know their stuff when it comes to cars. They are excellent listeners and take the time to make sure everything is great with your VW. I rarely write reviews but I am just so blown away at how awesome the people are at this dealership.
