I made a 11:30am appointment to look into a check engine light. After waiting a hour and a half I was informed of my issue, and was told that it wouldn't be covered under your Luther warranty and it would cost me $415. I've owned the car for 3 weeks! I think this is unacceptable. Overall my experience was fine except for the long wait, but very disappointed that your company wouldn't cover the bill when I haven't even owned the car a month yet. It makes me question the "thorough inspection" done on these cars that you claim you do before selling them. I was thinking of buying a second TDI from you and I know $415 isn't a ton of money but it's enough for me to look elsewhere else for my next car. I don't have the names of the employees I worked with. More

I arrived on a Monday night at 5:45 pm and at first they didn't think they could get me through the Express Service, but they were able to squeeze me in and got the oil change and tire rotation done by 8 pm when they closed! There was a new service rep working and he had some troubles getting me in their system so another rep helped out and comp'ed me for the tire rotation because he felt bad I had to wait. All around, great experience working with the service reps! More

Loved the entire experience - just the day before, I visited a dealership in White Bear, MN ... sales associate was "in my face", tried to put me a vehicle beyond my budget, continued to call me by the wrong name, and told me at least 15 times in 15-20 minutes they needed to meet their quota for the month of April, so anything I wanted they would meet my requests. My experience with Westside VW totally the opposite. I know which dealership I would recommend ... and which one I would not. More
