Simply amazing! I don’t normally write reviews, but this one was well deserved. I have purchased about eight new cars in the last year, including one from a local Aud I don’t normally write reviews, but this one was well deserved. I have purchased about eight new cars in the last year, including one from a local Audi dealership that is state of the art. I have never had such an amazing experience! I was greeted with a smile and felt very welcome. My first person of contact was Vince in sales, and he is nothing short of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. He was honest, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He was very patient and wanted to make sure I was happy. Also was extremely personable and fun to talk too! Tami one of the managers there made the appraisal of my car a breeze, gave me an amazing number for my trade, and was always around to answer any questions I had. She was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. Bri in finance really put my mind at ease with her knowledge and friendliness, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is so helpful and is a wealth of knowledge, just an amazing person. Couldn’t be happier with my experience! Wish I could give 10 stars! More

Shortly after she paid and left the dealership, she received a phone call from a technician stating that they forgot to do the tire rotation. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had an issue with the service shop. A few years ago we had a situation with a flat tire which culminated in three separate visits to the department until it was finally resolved. We still plan on bringing our vehicles into Westside for service, and I am still checking the "yes" to the question about recommending this center; however, if we have any more issues, I believe we will have no choice but to look elsewhere. Also, my wife does not recall the name of the service person she worked with, and there is no way to select "unknown" in this survey--so I just picked one in order to complete this. More

I will now need to being my car in again tomorrow. This is a challenge as I am again left out a vehicle for a day! A recurring issue is the time I always wait to get my car after plying. It seems to always take 10 to 15 minutes after I pay for a runner to go over to the parking structure and come back with my car. It would be really great if it was already there or only took 5 minutes. More

My husband and I drove a total of 8 hours to get a great deal from a very professional salesperson, Helton Cerqueira. We arrived during rush hour late on a Friday afternoon. Helton knew what car we were looking for and he knew we were serious about purchasing. He had the car we were interested in cleaned up inside and out, filled with gas and ready to go in the event we would purchase it when we arrived. The entire experience took about 2 hours which included trading in our old vehicle. Helton's personal touch, professionalism, and knowledge of the product was extremely refreshing. Every phone call and email was returned in prompt fashion. We felt like we could go out for dinner and maybe for a bike ride with him one day if we lived closer - just an awesome guy who does his job extremely well. Next time you are in the mode to purchase or just test drive some vehicles, establish contact with Helton, he WILL treat your RIGHT!
