Much better than St Cloud Volkswagen Took my car to Eich Motors Volkswagen in St Cloud and they tried to charge me with everything and wouldn’t say I have my warranty. Took it to Luther W Took my car to Eich Motors Volkswagen in St Cloud and they tried to charge me with everything and wouldn’t say I have my warranty. Took it to Luther Westside Volkswagen and they helped me right away with getting my car fixed and giving me a loaner to get me to work. Love the service it was fast and an easy process. I have purchased about eight new cars in the last year, including one from a local Aud I don’t normally write reviews, but this one was well deserved. I have purchased about eight new cars in the last year, including one from a local Audi dealership that is state of the art. I have never had such an amazing experience! I was greeted with a smile and felt very welcome. My first person of contact was Vince in sales, and he is nothing short of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. He was honest, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He was very patient and wanted to make sure I was happy. Also was extremely personable and fun to talk too! Tami one of the managers there made the appraisal of my car a breeze, gave me an amazing number for my trade, and was always around to answer any questions I had. She was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. Bri in finance really put my mind at ease with her knowledge and friendliness, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is so helpful and is a wealth of knowledge, just an amazing person. Couldn’t be happier with my experience! Wish I could give 10 stars! More
