I have been in the car business for 25 years ~ the past 13 here at Westside VW. My passion is people....helping them navigate the car buying process and creating a smooth and transparent process is very rewarding. Leading a team of such amazing people and helping each one reach their full growth potential is the greatest part of my role as GM. Weekends at the cabin, cruising on the pontoon with my husband and 2 boxers is what I work hard all week for!

It was awesome! Vince did a great job of locating the car we wanted then going and picking it up. He had it cleaned, gassed and ready to go in a very timely manner. Very pleasant experience without any pressure Our needs were expressed and heard and matched with a vehicle that was a perfect fit for the one who would be needing to drive it. We were pleasantl Our needs were expressed and heard and matched with a vehicle that was a perfect fit for the one who would be needing to drive it. We were pleasantly surprised and know we can trust Westside reputation to stand behind the cars it sells, even used ones , in addition to its dependable service department. The bonus was the price that came in less than expected and budgeted. We are grateful for the generous and courteous service always experienced at Westside. Thank you! More

Good service, what I expected Check in was a bit confusing and slow. No one came to help me and the man at the desk in the garage didn't say anything to me. Just let me stand there Check in was a bit confusing and slow. No one came to help me and the man at the desk in the garage didn't say anything to me. Just let me stand there for 5 minutes....obviously not his job, I at least thought he could say" someone will be here shortly to help you". Took 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change which was a bit long to wait. Good service otherwise More
