I’m usually not the one that likes to deal with big dealership salesman, but when I went to paramount to meet Josh Harris and the rest of the team I was very surprised. Josh, that I had spoken to befor dealership salesman, but when I went to paramount to meet Josh Harris and the rest of the team I was very surprised. Josh, that I had spoken to beforehand already had a 2019 F-150 XLT FX4 picked out that had everything I told him I needed and more. Josh and the rest of the team we’re very helpful with the buying process and any other questions I had. My wife and I thought we would just be getting me a new vehicle because we couldn’t go much higher than the payment she already had. Well, a couple days later I get a text from Josh and they had already been working to help us. With in a hour of my wife being there she told me she was getting a new car with everything she wanted. This team goes above and beyond! Definitely will be our first stop when it’s time for new vehicles! More

From my original on-line inquiries on a RAM 1500 truck through test drives and purchase I was meet with knowledg A professional group of individuals. From my original on-line inquiries on a RAM 1500 truck through test drives and purchase I was meet with knowledgeable and friendly folks. My salesperson, Brandon Leger, met each appointment time and commitment made to me; even verifying engine, transmission, rear axle, loading and hauling information to help ensure I was looking at a vehicle that could meet my specific application. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy nor was I denied any vehicle inspection requests. The service manager, David, freely volunteered his expertise while the truck was up on a lift. An issue with tire suitability (for my need) was resolved to all parties satisfaction without a hint of acrimony. Tammie, in the front office, came to my rescue when my sugar level fell to an uncomfortable level. A big "Thanks" for that. Tammie also provided after-purchase follow-up via an email and a voice mail, as has Brandon. In all candor, I'm very satisfied with the attention paid me and the top-notch employees it was my pleasure to work with. As a final note, I intend to have my "new" vehicle serviced at Paramount of Valdese. More
