Service. Very disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change. Had a morning appointment on 12/21, after driving 50 minutes to the dealership, they s Very disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change. Had a morning appointment on 12/21, after driving 50 minutes to the dealership, they said it would take about 3 hours. No! Made another morning appointment for 12/29/22. Again after 50 minute drive I was told it would be about 3 hours. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes. NO ONE has time to waste for this simple 10 - 15 minute process. I’ve lost 7 hours of my life I’ll never get back and approximate $40 in gasoline. I asked if they would comp it, nope. No thanks, I highly doubt I’ll ever be back for service here. Beware! More

I got my car from Jenkins. It was still under factory warranty but since Nissan decided to put a cup holder less than an inch away from the shifter, Jenkins claimed the shifter It was still under factory warranty but since Nissan decided to put a cup holder less than an inch away from the shifter, Jenkins claimed the shifter going out was our fault so the warranty wouldn’t cover the repair. Not to mention the part need was $250 online only 4 screw and a connector but they charged me $1400. Avoid this place and definitely do not buy a Nissan. More

Your dealers ship sucks. You cannot remove a wrong email address. I will continue to give bad results until I am removed. They forgot to put the front piece of the bumper back on my car after servicing it. I had no idea what the piece of plastic was laying on my front seat, good thing I didn’t throw it away. When I got home an my car after servicing it. I had no idea what the piece of plastic was laying on my front seat, good thing I didn’t throw it away. When I got home and glanced at the front of the vehicle I noticed the hole and figured that’s where the piece went. Other than that everything good. More
