It was needed 2 week to fix the AC. I drop my car Monday 8 am , the services took over 10 hrs to communicate that they need to order part and will be 3 to 4 days and they will call me. Jenkins Nissan and its employees have always treated me with the utmost respect. They get me in and out and take care of what I came in for. If I could give it no stars I would. In particular the service department. The advisor Tammy has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude, and genuinely miserable human beings I've had In particular the service department. The advisor Tammy has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude, and genuinely miserable human beings I've had the honor to meet. Don't be fooled by her stature and her grandmother likeness she is a bad person. I've been in the industry for 15 years, I have been a service advisor and a service manager so I speak from some experience when I say her customer service skills are some of the worst I've seen in ages. My vehicle was there for a whole week 7 days not once was I called. When I finally reached out for an update I was met with 10 plus minute hold times and hot potato around for 30 minutes before speaking with Tammy her attitude was unnecessary. Upon arrival I was met with hostility and anger. Service manager attempted to talk to me buy he was already coached by the Tammy and was very dismissive. I suggest looking at their facility. It is top notch. I also feel almost 3 hours is way too long for an oil change. More
