I was at the dealership from 7:40am to 11:28am with an appointment. I felt like my car wasn't adequately inspected (tires) initially. Per my partner's request we had the car put back up so that I could se appointment. I felt like my car wasn't adequately inspected (tires) initially. They apologized and stated it was not communicated properly but if I had left thinking that tire was fine it would've been dangerous. It visibly looked like the worse tire on my car. We ended up buying four tires, but I was not happy with the overall service and time it took. More
