I thought I was trapped in a horrible situation with another financial institute called Orbit Leasing. I desperately need to get out of my car and I to another one, on a deadline. Tammy made the WHOLE process comfortable and easy. She thoroughly explained things, treated me like a human, and did her best to get me situated as quickly as possible. I don't have a lot of experience with dealerships but of all the experience I DO have, this was the absolute best!! If you go here, ASK FOR TAMMY!!! I'm sure the other employees are fantastic in their own right, but I can only speak for my experience with Tammy. Give her a chance!
