An Answered Prayer....Worth the Trip to Wiggins!!! I initially contacted the dealership by email to let them know of my interest and intent to visit with my disabled spouse. Tammy responded immediately with an invitation and said just to let her know when. I emailed her back the next day, that we were on our way. When we arrived, Tammy introduced us to Cody Seal, who personally drove us around the car lot area to view and test drive the vehicles we had interest in, so my husband wouldn't have to walk so far. Cody was the kindest and most thoughtful salesperson we have ever dealt with in shopping for a vehicle. No pressure, answered all our questions, pointed out important features, ran for keys of four different vehicles. All of the vehicles we viewed were extremely clean and of good quality. At first, we thought the 2019 Equinox was what we wanted, but later realized that it just had too many bells and whistles for us. So, we changed our mind and today we settled on a 2018 Dodge Journey that was absolutely perfect! We couldn't believe the ease of working with the dealership. The financing was the easiest we've ever encountered with Mitchell White guiding us through the process. He understood our budget needs and worked with us to get the payments exactly where we needed them. No haggling... it was amazing! We are telling all of our friends to make the trip to STAR Chevrolet and ask for Cody and Mitchell, they are the best!!! The 20 year, 250,000 mile Warranty got me in the door...but, the SERVICE & QUALITY INVENTORY is what made the sale and will bring me back the next time I need to make a purchase!
