I come here just to work with Kamila P. I keep coming back because of Kamila my sales rep. The service dept people I have been dealing with for years and they are great also. The only reason I keep coming back because of Kamila my sales rep. The service dept people I have been dealing with for years and they are great also. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because when the current owner took over they didn't honor the previous owners commitments to us customers. More

This never should have left the lot that day he said. I called Josh and he said he will check into it. I waited a day and no return call so I called and he had me bring it in. I also realized I had a leak in my windshield leaving a water stain on my ceiling fabric. After bringing the car in I spoke with Tammy who was friendly and empathetic about my situation. My only problem was my front tire had steel belt showing and she never should have let me leave with my tire being that bad. The tires had to be ordered so they had me come back. She still did a great job overall yet be aware of the legalities when sending Someone away with a potential risk or injury from an observed hazard. More

Outstanding Customer Service My experience at Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich was nothing less than excellent. My vehicle was there for warranty work due to serious mechanical damage and I can truly say they put the customer first and did everything in their power to accomodate me throughout the duration of the repairs. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire time my vehicle was there and provided the best level of customer care anyone could ask for. From the moment I arrived until everything was complete I was continuously pleased with their customer service. Tammy Davis was the service employee I dealt with on a daily basis and I cannot say enough good things about her performance. The quality of work performed on my vehicle was also very high and there were zero issues with my car despite the extensive work that was performed. I trust Scranton Chevrolet and would highly recommend anyone to service their vehicle there. More
