Great Experience - New Car Purchase My salesperson Logan Erdmann and I got connected though USAA's True Car buying service. I had a few months before the lease was up on my current VW so My salesperson Logan Erdmann and I got connected though USAA's True Car buying service. I had a few months before the lease was up on my current VW so we took our time before deciding which car we were going to get next. We have done business with McDonald in the past when we leased our GTI back in 2014 and had a great experience. McDonald VW didn't have the car we were interested in at the time but we did get a True Car offer emailed to us so we would be in their system. Logan was great to deal with, he did a great job keeping in touch without being pushy. When we finally narrowed down our choices, he let me know they just got a car in that had the interior & features I was looking for, so he obviously takes good notes. Always good to find someone paying attention and listening to what you want. There were two other Denver area VW dealers we talked to but since we live about 1 1/2 hours away I didn't feel like spending a ton of time at multiple dealerships. I had already test driven the car I wanted, had my financing in order and knew what I wanted to pay. I wanted to complete as much of the deal up front and Logan and his team were the only one's willing to work with me. The other dealers wanted me to come in personally and work out a deal which usually results in an uncomfortable couple of hours trying to convince the dealer you have done your research and know what you are willing to pay while they are trying to relieve you of your last dollar and telling you no way can they sell you that car for the price you offered, etc. This is why most people hate buying a car and is totally unnecessary with the amount of great information available. So I gave all three dealers the same "out the door" offer and Logan was the first to accept it so he got my business. Simple as that. They respected my time and the effort I put into the process. I drove up the next day and they got me out the door in about two hours on a Friday afternoon which was pretty good. We did have a bit of an issue with my lease return but Logan and his team took care of it and even coordinated with VW Credit on my behalf. True service after the sale and just what you expect from professionals. Overall a great experience as my review title states. I wish Logan the best of luck and will look him up when I get ready to buy a new vehicle. More

Easy, Thorough, Fun!
