Hello! Hello! My name is Tanner Fiftal and I have been with the Volkswagen brand for 5+ years. I strive for a straight forward and transparent car buying experience. I enjoy helping clients who are first time buyers all the way to clients purchasing their 10th, 11th, 12th car and so on. I have always loved cars since I was young and I enjoy helping clients get into the Volkswagen of their dreams. I was originally working as a lot tech when I started with McDonald Automotive. I've worked my way into sales as well as a year in the finance department. I enjoyed the finance side of the business however I decided that helping the client choose their next car was really what I preferred. I'm hoping I can help you with your next purchase!

Perfect from start to finish. This was our first visit to McDonald Volkswagen. My wife and I have leased or purchased over 30 vehicles. We did most of our business with Murray BMW This was our first visit to McDonald Volkswagen. My wife and I have leased or purchased over 30 vehicles. We did most of our business with Murray BMW and did so because of the way they handled us. They made our purchases easy and fair and that made us loyal customers for over 20 years. Since they have sold we have been through a lot of dealerships that claim a lot of things but we always got the feeling that it was a typical "car" buying experience. The one that everyone hates and with all the nonsense that goes with trying to buy a car. McDonald was exactly like dealing with Murray. We looked at the different models, we drove the car we liked, John never pressured us or made us uncomfortable. We decided that we wanted to move forward and we had a difficult situation on my wife's lease. Will did some work and gave me pricing, and pricing that was fair and no back and forth stuff, just professional and respectful. We agreed and within 20 minutes moved on to Tanner to complete the financing and left with the car. The total time spent was under 90 minutes and that included the test drives. AMAZING! I liked the experience so much that I came back 4 days later and bought another car from them. This took about 1 hour and I was on my way with my second car. I was helped by the same three people and it reminded me that you can buy a car without haggling, going online, using some pricing app, and feeling like you made a bad decision after hours and hours at a dealership. I would recommend Mc Donald Volkswagen to everyone. How refreshing it was to find a dealership that wants a customer for life, not just one sale. More
