Tanner kept in constant contact with me from the first day I reached out til we were finally able to make it to the dealership and test drive out new vehicle. We knew what we wanted and what we were willing to negotiate to, knowing that if they weren't able to meet us there that we'd be happy to turn around and drive home in our original vehicle.
