I live out of state and he never let me doubt that he was not continuously working on making my purchase happen flawlessly. Whatever was requested he made sure that I had it in a timely manner, whether it was a Carfax report or a video of the vehicle, questions regarding finance, he had my answer within minutes. From start to finish of my purchase, it was within the day and on top of everything he had the vehicle delivered to me. What an unexpected surprise! His communication skills were beyond my expectations, and I know that all future purchases will be made through Tanner! More
