Tara in service is a wonderful advisor. I needed two recalls fixed that I was expecting to take the whole day. She got me in and out with the recalls fixed, a fresh oil change, and my truck I needed two recalls fixed that I was expecting to take the whole day. I have been a Ford customer for 25 years +. I am very pleased with the overall experience at Parks Ford. Tara in service was exceptional, she promised 90 min and they were done in 60. Professional, and no fluff. I would recommend Parks Ford organization to anyone needing a vehicle.
