Brilliance Honda at Crystal Lake, IL is definitely a place you need to communicate before you buy a car. Special thanks to Tara M., the Internet Sales rep, who found our car and Matt D., the Sales re place you need to communicate before you buy a car. Special thanks to Tara M., the Internet Sales rep, who found our car and Matt D., the Sales rep, who made our life easy during the process of signatures. Last but not least the Finance rep (forgot his name) that helped us to understand our options and proceeded our payment. I need to underline how professional the team was during the search process but also during our visit at the dealer while pick up the car. We explained from the beginning what we look for, and Tara provided the options based on incoming inventory. She never tried to discuss something else as an option or been what many salespeople try to do, so we really appreciated that. We requested even a better price or discounts, and she wanted to check what of our requests can be approved from her supervisors. Thanks a lot Tara and your inventory Manager that assisted to find this incoming car. Matt is really a salesperson everyone would like to have. Replying all our questions, he was even kind to take us outside and show us a tinted window as an example when we brought this on discussion. He explained a lot of things to us and ensured when we left, we didn't need any further help We spent some time looking for our new Passport and had bad and unpleased experiences in different locations, so we highly appreciate the Brilliance's personnel professionalism and honesty on our research and process of buy.
