While inspecting vehicle, they gave us the space and time to review their car. When finalizing the purchase, they thoroughly reviewed the documents with us. The representative patiently explained the car's features, ensuring we understood everything. We are now loyal customers and plan to service our car here and will recommend World Subaru of Tinton Falls all our family and friends. More

All service personnel were very professional and made things easy for me to get my new car. Salesperson Jonathan (I think that was his name) was very nice and made dreams come true (ha ha). I couldn't be happier with my experience at World Subaru in Tinton Falls. In particular, my sales consultant, Fred Cole, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely nice. I haven’t bought a ca in Tinton Falls. In particular, my sales consultant, Fred Cole, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely nice. I haven’t bought a car in nearly 20 years, and was dreading it. What a pleasant surprise! There was no hard sell. No rush. No pressure. Fred was thoroughly professional and helpful. And after buying my new Subaru Crosstrek, Tara Mullins took the time (lots of time) walking me through all the ins and outs of the technology. She made sure I knew every inch of that dashboard and helped me set up bluetooth, CarPlay, and other preferences. Overall, a really pleasurable experience and not at all what I was expecting. Thanks Fred & Tara. More
